Can I add a second day?
Yes, you can choose the 1 or 2-day option when making the booking.
Are tickets collected at the hotel or at the park?
Tickets are collected at the hotel reception upon check-in. If the room is not ready, you can leave your luggage, enjoy the park and collect the room on your return.
Is it possible to access the park directly without going through the ticket office?
Correct, the tickets allow direct access to the Parque Warner turnstiles, avoiding queues.
Do the tickets have an open date or must they be used during the stay?
They must be used within the accommodation period. For two-day options, they must be used on consecutive days.
Is there a deadline for collecting tickets?
Yes, if you wish to go to the park on the day of arrival, you must contact the hotel. Tickets for the same day are not guaranteed after 5:00 PM.

How do you get to the park?
The best way is by car. By public transport, line 413 connects Pinto with Warner from the Cercanías station, 10 minutes from the hotel.
Do you have chargers for electric cars?
We have two chargers with a cost based on consumption in kWh.
Is there adapted access and spaces for PRM?
Yes, our car park is adapted and has direct access to all areas of the hotel.
