Having breakfast at Hotel Princesa de Éboli is giving yourself a complete, unhurried start to the day. Our buffet breakfast combines traditional Mediterranean offerings with contemporary options, in a light-filled space with views of the terrace; during the warmer months, you can also enjoy breakfast outdoors.
You will find everything from pa amb tomàquet with olive oil and fuet, fresh fruit and yoghurts, to freshly baked pastries. And, as in a great hotel breakfast, the hot classics are not missing: eggs, omelette, bacon and sausages. To finish, a touch that is very much our own: chocolate with churros.
A proposal designed to start the day with energy, whether you have a working day ahead or a visit to Parque Warner, with the peace of mind that everything is well taken care of and organised.
GASTRO BAR
gastroBAR & Terraza El Patio, a space to share, enjoy and prolong the moment.
The gastroBAR at Hotel Princesa de Éboli accompanies the rhythm of the day, whether you are coming from Pinto or the surrounding area or are staying with us. A comfortable space for a coffee, a beer or an informal dinner without rushing. The menu combines a selection of dishes from ÉBOLIgastro Restaurante with options to share and snack on. And when the good weather arrives, the plan moves to El Patio, our outdoor terrace in the centre of Pinto.
There are dishes that stay in the memory. In our gastroBAR, many customers already know: the grilled beef gastro burger is one of the favourites. And it is often well accompanied by other menu staples, such as the Bocado Éboli, the Salmon Wok or the Princesa Sandwich.
The atmosphere enhances the experience. Here, informal dinners are shared while watching the Champions League on screen, relaxed afternoon snacks or unhurried gatherings at the end of the day.
ÉBOLI gastro Restaurante
Our ÉBOLIgastro Restaurant is an intimate and comfortable space, with Art Déco-inspired décor, designed for you to sit down without rushing. The menu is based on Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine, but with a creative twist: from the brava potato ingot with brava sauce and black garlic to our tin rice dishes, such as the Sea Rice a la llauna.
You will also find a carefully selected range of meats and fish, such as sea bass, cod or sirloin steak. And to accompany it all, a wine cellar with references from different regions, with classics such as Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
