You will find freshly baked breads, hot dishes, gluten-free products, nuts, pastries, fresh fruit, cured meats and freshly cut cheeses. A complete offering to start the day with energy in a hotel in the centre of Burgos, just a few minutes from the Cathedral.
Our buffet breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 11:00, and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:30 to 11:00.

The Hotel Corona de Castilla restaurant offers a selection of dishes from Burgos’s typical gastronomy and Castilian cuisine, made with quality produce and a traditional approach. A space designed for a quiet dinner, but also for groups, celebrations and corporate events in the centre of Burgos.
In addition to the regular restaurant service, we offer special group menus and various catering options that adapt to each occasion, always with the convenience of celebrating everything within the hotel itself.
The restaurant offers dinner service every day from 20:00 to 22:30, and also a set lunch menu on Saturdays from 13:00 to 15:30.
