1. Scope of application.
This document establishes and regulates the rules of use of the website https://www.hotelcoronadecastillaburgos.com/ (hereinafter the “site”), and includes all pages and content owned by Hotel Corona de Castilla S.A which are accessed through the domain and its subdomains, as well as the general terms and conditions of contract for online bookings. Use of the site attributes the condition of user and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this text. The user undertakes to read it carefully on each occasion they intend to use the site, as it may be modified without prior notice and without any limitation. 3. Intellectual and industrial property.
The intellectual property rights of this site are owned by Hotel Corona de Castilla, S.A, or by third parties from whom it has authorisation. Likewise, all trademarks or distinctive signs contained in the site are protected by Law. Unauthorised use of the information contained on the site, or the unauthorised reproduction, distribution, commercialisation or transformation, in whole or in part, of its contents, constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights of Hotel Corona de Castilla, S.A. Damages caused to intellectual and industrial property rights may give rise to the exercise of the legally corresponding actions and, where appropriate, to the responsibilities arising from such exercise.4. Exclusion of liability.

Reservations and liability Through the portal, consumers or users can make reservations. Online and physical Check-In: Once you make the reservation, you can complete the Check-in process from our website at any time, and we will also send you a reminder message with a link to complete the check-in, where you will need to enter your identification data. Once done, you must present this documentation at the establishment for verification, with the physical check-in process being a quick verification of the data entered. Remember that it is mandatory to bring and show your ID to be able to stay, and your card to make payments, as well as a photo of your signature, through the trackpad to scan it. Specific terms and conditions:- Prices are quoted and will be charged in Euros, VAT included.

- Hotel Corona de Castilla is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and in indoor common areas. In the event of non-compliance, and when this generates odours, waste, stains, damage, activation of security systems or the need to carry out extraordinary cleaning, deodorising, sanitising, replacement of items or temporary unavailability of the room, the hotel may pass on to the customer the reasonable, accredited costs directly derived from such actions.

7. Purchase of products in our online store.
Purchase procedure Through the portal, consumers or users can purchase products. The customer must follow the on-screen instructions and add products to the cart, without any purchase commitment. If you wish to continue with the purchase, you must accept the purchase by clicking the checkout button, accepting the legal notice and conditions, as well as those specific conditions that that particular article has in its description. Subsequently, if not previously provided, the customer will be asked for their personal information with fields marked with an asterisk, which are mandatory for correct shipping. To complete the purchase process, you must click the “place order” button. The contract ends once the goods have been delivered, although guarantees and data are maintained for legal and commercial reasons (if accepted). We will not be liable for any type of damages, whether direct, indirect, or of any other kind, nor for the loss of profits that the buyer may have suffered due to problems arising from the sale and shipping of the products. If you have contracted a product or service in our online store that involves the provision of an accommodation service, you will be covered by the provisions of point 6 of this document. Delivery times Each product has different delivery times, which we will inform you of once the purchase has been made. Price and method of payment The price of products and services is defined in Euros, and will be the one established on the corresponding pages of the site for each product, being valid for as long as they remain accessible on the website. The method of payment for the goods will be by credit card. Applicable taxes are understood to be included in the product price. Shipping costs are included in the price and the user must check and accept before formalising the order, the costs involved in shipping to their address, as they vary according to the size and weight of the product or the destination. In general, Hotel Corona de Castilla, S.A will send an email confirming receipt of payment. Guarantee The guarantee of the products is three years from the date of receipt, established on the receipt of the corresponding courier service, which the user signs upon delivery. For second-hand products, it will be 1 year. Withdrawal If you are not satisfied with the physical products purchased in our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning your purchases, in accordance with the provisions of the following paragraphs. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods in the case of physical products. The right of withdrawal will not be applicable for the articles listed below:- Goods made according to the consumer and user’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- The provision of services, if the service has been fully executed.
8. User obligations.
Commercial use of registered trademark services is expressly prohibited, without the express authorisation of Hotel Corona de Castilla, S.A, or of the trademark owner. The user is obliged to pay the price of the product and to use it in accordance with the law and these general conditions. The user is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of their password and to notify us immediately if they suspect unauthorised use of their account or access to their password. Furthermore, they undertake not to use another person’s account, username or password.9. Obligations of Hotel Corona de Castilla, S.A.
Undertakes to make available to the user the necessary information relating to the services, and once the purchase has been made, to send them an email confirmation, stating receipt of the order placed, and confirmation of payment. Likewise, an invoice will be prepared and provided to the consumer.10. Responsibilities.
The user will be absolutely responsible for the use they make of the reserved services, and exonerates us from any liability arising from any damage that may be caused by incorrect use. Specifically, they will be responsible for:- All acts that contravene the provisions of these general conditions, the law, morality, generally accepted customs and public order.
- Any act carried out in a manner different from that set out in the indications or instructions regarding the operation and use of the product.
- The truthfulness, accuracy, validity and timeliness of the data with which they will fill in each of the forms we require them to complete on the website.
- Direct or indirect damages caused to them by any third party if the user lost, disclosed, neglected or, in any way, allowed a third party to become aware, for reasons attributable to them, of their personal data necessary for contracting the product.
11. Power to refuse the order.
Hotel Corona de Castilla, S.A reserves the right to exclude or not allow the booking when it considers that current legislation, the general conditions, morality, generally accepted customs, public order are breached; when a third party is harmed, or when for reasons arising from the image and reputation of the website itself, it does not deem it appropriate. In this case, if payment has been made, it will be refunded.12. Information and modification.
Hotel Corona de Castilla, S.A has set out this text to the general public of possible interested parties, complying with prior information. The temporary validity of these conditions coincides with their display time, until such time as the terms and conditions stipulated here are modified in whole or in part unilaterally, with the user being obliged to consult our General Terms and Conditions of Contract each time they access our booking engine. If a clause is declared null and void, it shall be deemed as not included without affecting the rest of the conditions.13. Assignment and subrogation.
We may contract service providers, and collaborate with or assign the formalised contracts to third parties, to carry out the provision of the reserved services.14. Termination and resolution.
This contract shall terminate when both parties fulfil the obligations they undertake in it, or when it is terminated by either party if any of the causes foreseen for termination occur, or if the counterparty materially breaches any of the obligations established in the contract.15. Applicable law, jurisdiction and validity.
This Legal Notice and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract are established in Spanish, and are governed in every respect by Spanish legislation. As a consumer, you are protected, and you can claim or sue from your domicile. Both parties submit, expressly waiving any other forum, to the Courts and Tribunals of Burgos (Spain), in the following cases:- That the purchasing party has its domicile outside the European Union and in that country there is no bilateral or multilateral agreement with Spain that prevents the possibility of establishing the express submission to the jurisdiction;
- If it is a sale carried out by a company acting within the framework of its business or professional activity.
